Thank you for choosing our clothing brand. We are dedicated to delivering top-quality products and services to our esteemed clientele. Kindly be informed that we uphold a strict no-refund policy. Once a purchase is made, it is final and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

This policy stands for all items purchased through our online platform or physical retail stores. While we acknowledge that there may be instances where items do not meet your expectations in terms of fit or preference, regrettably, returns or refunds cannot be accommodated due to the nature of our operations.

We take meticulous care to ensure that all products are accurately represented on our website. We encourage customers to thoroughly review product descriptions and sizing information before making a purchase decision.

In the rare occurrence of receiving a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt. We will promptly replace any such items with new ones. However, refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective items; all other reasons are non-refundable.

Should you require a different size and we happen to have it available, exchanges can be arranged but all customers must cover the shipping fee.
